1. Cancellation & Change Windows

- Clearly state the specific change required (e.g., new shipping address, different T-shirt size, or full cancellation).
3. Order Modifications
We can typically accommodate the following changes if the request is received in time:
- Shipping Address: Correcting typos or updating the delivery location within the United States.
- Product Specifics: Changing the size or color of the T-shirt ordered (subject to inventory availability).
- Contact Info: Updating the email or phone number associated with the order.
4. If the Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order has been picked, packed, and assigned a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are unable to stop the shipment. At this stage, the logistics carriers have possession of the goods, and the shipment is considered “In Transit.”
If your order has already shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return under our 30-day Return Policy. We do not charge restocking fees, ensuring that your eventual return is simple and cost-effective.
5. Refunds for Cancellations
When a cancellation request is successfully processed, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
