1. Reporting Infringement

Identification of Work	Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Location Information	Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and the URL.
Good Faith Statement	A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If we receive a DMCA notice, we may remove the identified material. If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. To be effective, the counter-notice must be written and include your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Vibeforhim maintains a strict policy for repeat offenders. Any user or account found to have repeatedly uploaded infringing content or who has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices will have their access to our service terminated. We reserve the right to decide what constitutes “repeat infringement” based on the internal records of our security and legal departments.

4. Processing Timeline

Our team reviews and processes DMCA notices in the order they are received. While we aim for rapid resolution, please allow up to 10 business days for a complete investigation and response. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been reviewed.
