2. Order Processing & Transit Time

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our commitment to a rapid 1-day handling time, orders are moved into the fulfillment phase almost immediately after placement. Consequently, the window for cancellations or modifications is extremely limited. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has reached the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, we are unable to cancel or redirect the package. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once the package arrives.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

While we use trusted carriers, we recognize that occasional issues may arise during transit. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or common delivery areas first. If the package remains missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a missing mail search. Vibeforhim is not responsible for packages stolen from the delivery site after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
