The above process also applies to trademark infringement. If you are a trademark owner and believe your mark is being used in a way that causes confusion or dilution of your brand, please specify the trademark registration number and the country of registration in your claim. Vibeforhim will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or disabling access to the infringing material.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If we remove or disable access to material in response to an infringement notice, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the affected user. If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. A counter-notification must be in writing and include your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable law, Vibeforhim has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
